Nicki Minaj is infecting our ears with more junk. She was once a rapper turned singer turned autotune queen turned country-ish and now she’s back to being a rapper this week. I can’t keep up. I feel like she is doing way too much. “Roman Reloaded” is a single, hype track, buzz single, royal rubbish featuring Lil Wayne.

I’m convinced that Nicki Minaj no longer knows what genre she belongs to. “Marilyn Monroe” hit the internet yesterday, conveniently right before her half time cameo and it is… Definitely not Nicki-like. This sounds like some Taylor Swift type shit. I’m not sold.

Amber is back, with another song called “Loaded” and it’s very Ke$ha-ish. It’s catchy, I guess. I don’t have much to say about it so I’ll let you be the judge.

New Video: Olivia “Walk Away”

I don’t know if you know this, but I used to run Olivia’s largest and only fansite, OliviaFans.net. It is no longer up due to her manager Rich Dollaz having an e-thug rant on uStream one night. I decided the next morning to shut down the site and no longer support her. I guess the fact that I had the ONLY online support team for her for years and then Rich had another, low quality site built and deemed it “official” didn’t help either.

But whatever… Olivia released a new video for her latest single “Walk Away“. I love this song! I’m still routing for Liv, I wanna see her make it. She’s too talented to not make it. I love the video, for an indie release anyway. It has a great message behind it with a storyline. Most videos nowadays lack substance, so this is a nice change from the norm. Video after the jump.
