2012 is looking… hopeful! Charli Baltimore is back bitches. You do not understand how excited I am right now.

I used to stan for this girl back in the 90′s and to see she’s finally going to release an album? WHAT?!?! Lawd YES! “Cold As Ice” was solid but never saw the light of day… 2012 is different.

“All Lies” is her first single from her upcoming album “True Lies” which drops in July. The song features Maino and her daughter, India on the chorus. This song is about every day things we go through in “love“. I hope it gets some radio play because it’s actually not a bad track at all.

Attention Barbz… This is REAL rap, not that shit y’all sing along to.

Curry Goat performed in New York City last night at the Robin Hood Foundation Benefit at the Jacob K Javits Convention Center. Rihanna gave a “great performance” according to party goers. New Music: Ne-Yo “Lazy Love”

My favorite Senior Vice President of A&R at Universal Motown, Ne-Yo, has released what is rumored to be his lead single from his upcoming release “R.E.D“.

“Lazy Love” finds the R&B crooner returning to his, well, R&B roots. I can’t say this song is single worthy and I doubt it’ll be a hit. I just can’t see it getting a lot of radio play. An album filler would be a better fit for the song. Maybe he will damage control and say it is a buzz single.

R.E.D. drops this September 18th… I think it’s safe to say we will hear a lot more from Ne-Yo before then.

Ciara finally has a label home. Maybe I am late but according to one of my favorites, Toya… Ciara is no longer a free agent.

How do you all feel about her signing with Epic Records? I think it is a good move. Toya mentioned how Ciara is in her 20′s, she’s very marketable… But what exactly will Epic focus on to spark the people’s interest in her again? She’s a good performer, well dance wise that is. The new mom spoke about Blue, and who she resembles and how beautiful she now feels since giving birth.

I feel more beautiful than I’ve ever felt because I’ve given birth. I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this earth.

When ask who does Blue resemble, Beyoncé says:
